Our Farm

Established in October 2021, Rainbow Acres Farm is a small-scale, woman-owned hobby farm nestled in the heart of a charming rural farming town in upstate New York. Our peaceful setting provides the perfect environment for our birds to thrive.

Fun Fact: Our historic barn, built in 1900, was originally constructed by J. Hector Cruthers, a poultry farmer and judge. In addition to raising poultry, Cruthers sold layer feed and brooders, partnering with the Cypher Incubator Company in Buffalo, New York.

At Rainbow Acres Farm, we take great pride in our breeding programs, focusing on integrity, quality, and diversity. We carefully select breeding stock from some of the top breeders in the country to ensure that every bird we raise is healthy, vigorous, and strong. Our commitment is to breed birds that not only meet established standards but also promote their overall health and well-being.
